Shipping and Returns FAQ’s

What is your turnaround time?

We aim to fulfill print orders in approximately 4 - 6 business days plus shipping. This may be slower at certain times, i.e., Christmas and or during Covid lock downs if applicable.

Do you use tracked delivery?

Yes, we only use tracked. We want you, and us, to be able to keep an eye on where your packages are!

How much for delivery?

It depends on how many and what size you order. Here’s a rough guide;
• Smaller prints and print packs (up to 12 x 18) $9:50 approximately
• Larger prints (12 x 18 and above) $12:50 approximately

Do you deliver overseas?

Not yet. At this point, we’d like to focus on getting it right, here in New Zealand.

Do you include packaging?

Yes we do! We use flat packing for up to and including 12 x 18 and tubes for larger sizes. We are very, very particular about how we package your beautiful work, we only use recycled or reused paper/cardboard where possible and try our best to minimise any plastic.

Who prints your images?

I work with the amazing husband and wife duo, Trig Point Print and Frame. They are professional photographers themselves so understand the importance of high-quality printed images better than anyone!

What photo paper do you use?

There is a selection of papers available and this can all be found on Trig Point’s website here:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee to all of our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchased print, we ask you to contact us to discuss your concern. However, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements of orders if you change your mind or wish to swap a size after the image has been printed and/or shipped.
We also offer an easy seven-day replacement policy for lost, damaged, faulty or incorrect orders and are replaced at no extra cost. Please email us within seven days of receiving your order.

Print Quality

Fine art printing is a method used to create archival quality prints that are long lasting, have superior colour quality and are like what you would expect in an art gallery. Ours are done on a Canon large format 12 pigment Giclee ink printer using various fine art papers.

Colour Accuracy

Please be aware that your computer or device screen make not be an accurate rendition of the printed image. We use calibrated monitors and calibrated printers to produce consistent and accurate print runs. The colour on your screen is controlled by the colour profiles of that device. If you are concerned about colour variations and matching specific applications, please contact us to discuss.
